What product categories do you mainly deal in, and what stock is available?
We have a multi-brand portfolio covering daily necessities, kitchenware, small electrical appliances, outdoor equipment, household cleaning products and disposable household items. We offer both **Yiku Stock**—high-value-for-money end-of-line stock—and new products from our own in-house brands such as Wuyike, and we support wholesale and mixed-product purchasing.
Do you offer drop-shipping? Can you provide marketing materials?
We do offer drop-shipping services. We provide product image and video packages, which e-commerce and live-streaming clients can use directly, thereby reducing their own photography and production costs.
Are all items in stock? What are the dispatch times like?
The vast majority of our stock is in stock, allowing for immediate dispatch upon purchase. Once an order is confirmed, we arrange for it to be dispatched promptly; for bulk orders, delivery times will be confirmed with the customer in advance; overseas orders are dispatched in accordance with international trade procedures.
Is the quality of clearance stock guaranteed?
Whether it is clearance stock or our own-brand products, all items undergo inspection and quality control upon receipt. Clearance stock consists of high-quality surplus goods from international trade, not substandard products, offering the advantage of excellent quality at low prices; our own-brand products are developed to international standards, with quality controlled throughout the entire production process.
Are the minimum order quantities high? Can small businesses collaborate with you?
We cater to the needs of both large wholesalers and small and medium-sized businesses, supporting various procurement models. Drop shipping has no high minimum order threshold; for bulk wholesale, there are corresponding purchase requirements depending on the product type, and you can discuss suitable solutions with our sales representatives.
Can we collaborate on overseas markets? Which countries can you supply to?
We have established an overseas presence, with products sold to over ten countries and regions across South-East Asia and Central Asia. We can liaise with overseas agents and cross-border retailers, support overseas supply partnerships, and discuss agency cooperation models.
How do I select products? Can you provide product selection advice?
We have a dedicated product selection team. Based on current market trends, we can provide product recommendations tailored to your sales channels (live streaming, e-commerce, physical retail, gifts). You are also welcome to visit our showroom to select products.
How is after-sales service handled?
We adhere to a ‘customer first’ principle. Should any quality issues arise upon receipt of the goods, we will provide an appropriate after-sales solution. Please inspect and verify the goods promptly upon receipt; should any issues arise, please contact your account manager immediately to resolve them.
Can products or packaging be customised?
For our own-brand products, we can assess customisation requests. Please consult your account manager, and we will evaluate the feasibility of customising products and packaging based on order volume.
