Are these products new or used?
Offers are presented as brand-new overstock unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition is reconfirmed before order placement.
Can I mix different categories in one shipment?
Mixed orders and consolidation may be available depending on each lot’s quantity and packing requirements.
How is my order protected?
The agreed SKU, quantity, condition, packing, inspection method and claim terms should be recorded in the sales contract. Supporting photos, video, inspection reports and loading records can form the evidence trail.
What happens if goods do not match the confirmed order?
Submit the agreed evidence within the contract claim window. The case is reviewed against the signed order, acceptance standard and inspection record; the remedy follows the written contract terms.
Why are prices not displayed publicly?
Stocklot prices depend on remaining quantity, packing, destination and commercial terms. Request the current offer for an accurate quotation.
